Solicitations are posted to eVA, the Department of General Services’ electronic procurement site and the central Web address for procurement, solicitations and awards for the Commonwealth of Virginia. To review solicitations, go to eVA (http://eva.virginia.gov) and select Solicitations & Awards, which will allow you to view all information posted by Virginia’s Community Colleges and other Commonwealth of Virginia Agencies.
All vendors who desire to provide goods and / or services to the Commonwealth of Virginia must be registered in eVA.
