	We have a license agreement with Adobe/Macromedia that gives the VCCS an excellent discount on all of their products. Your college must first be registered with Adobe. The contact person for this registration is: Molly Aiken, maiken@adobe.com ph. 703.948.5882 You may order their products through any reseller you find that offers you the best deal. The VCCS has an agreement with a reseller called Computer Intelligence. You can check their website for some of the Adobe prices and products. If your college has a software license management process in place be sure to follow that process when procuring new software.

	Some software is paid for and made available throughout the VCCS for its colleges. Some software and technology enhancements are paid for by the VCCS, some are subsidized, and some are paid for by each college using an FTE model.

	The VCCS has pilot agreements that offer faculty and students the opportunity to investigate some of the instructional technology tools available for use. Faculty and students are asked to give feedback that documents the instructional usefulness of the tool for possible enterprise agreements. The time line for use of the pilot varies and is stipulated next to the title of the software along with the website of the company.
