Information Technology Services will support the VCCS mission and serve as an agent on behalf of the colleges and the System Office, assisting in efforts to provide the necessary information and infrastructure to meet administrative and academic computing needs for the System.

The Vice Chancellor for Information Technology Services is Neil Matkin.

Governance committees have been implemented based upon the Technology Governance report. Planning document formats have been defined for the VCCS technology plan, and the college technology plan. Document formats for college accomplishments reporting are under construction. The annual technology status survey has captured data for several years.
