Workshop Mini-Grant Final Report Form
2008

 


Filing of a mini-grant final report is a requirement of the grant acceptance. The final report is not considered complete until a faxed Final Report Signature Page is received at the System Office.  Final Report Form and Final Report Signature Page must be received by 5:00pm on the specified deadline date.

Fall Semester March 15 by 5:00 pm ET
Spring Semester August 15 by 5:00 pm ET

A grant recipient who fails to complete a final report will be required to return the full amount awarded for expenses to the VCCS Professional Development Office. If additional time is needed to complete the grant and final report, the recipient must request an extension from Ms. Nan Ottenritter, VCCS Director of Professional Development, at 804/819-4966 or by electronic mail to nottenritter@vccs.edu or fax to 804/819-4771.

Please summarize the results of your grant project. This report will be shared with colleagues throughout the VCCS. If a written product resulted from your grant, please mail to Nancy Harris at VCCS, 101 N. 14th Street, Richmond, VA 23219. You must submit your final report online by the due date.
